As an export-oriented manufacturing and trading company, we offer international buyers full service on buying quality investment castings — casting, machining, finishing, and export, all under one roof.
Investment Casting
We specialize in investment casting — also known as lost-wax casting — of carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steels and other metals, using advanced precision casting technology.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machine shop covers 6,000 square meters of floor space and houses two dozen machines, including 7 CNCs — among them one 5-axis CNC and two 4-axis CNCs. The shop also serves as an in-house mold maker and tool room for our foundry, so we're capable of any kind of machining work a casting might need to become a finished part.
Polishing
In-house polishing equipment and staff handle stainless steel polishing, removing casting imperfections and adding a superior cosmetic appearance. We offer a range of surface finishes, up to mirror finishing.
Export
We hold our own export & import license, meaning we can export castings directly to any country without going through an export/import broker — lowering cost on international sales and keeping global delivery efficient.
